Food For the Brain Development of Children

Each parent want their children grow up healthy, strong, and become a smart child. Know the child’s talents and interests, so that we as parents can help to develop it. Familiarize the child gets enough sleep and teach them to be disciplined. Give children a nutritious and healthy food to help him or her stay healthy and avoid any illness. In addition, you should know there are some food for the brain development of children, among others:
1. Fish, both sea fish (especially salmon) and fresh water fish is a food that is good for brain development because they contain omega-3, DHA fatty acids and EPA.
2. Meat contains protein, iron and minerals.
3. Milk, lots of calcium, protein and B vitamins that are useful for the child’s brain development
4. Eggs, egg yolks contain choline which is very useful to enhance the brain’s memory capacity.
5. Vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, spinach and lots of colorful vegetables contain antioxidants that strengthen and nourish brain cells.
6. Fruits, especially strawberries, blueberries or colored fruit, which fruit has high antioxidant content, and contain vitamin C.
7. Wheat or rice, the brain requires a constant glucose which can be met by wheat or rice, other than the wheat or rice contains vitamin B.

9. Soybeans, contain high protein, complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins suplement, and minerals.
Wholeheartedly loved our children, so they feel safe. Do not be too indulgent, but also not too restricting in all respects. Because it can trigger stress in children, as we all know danger of stress will affect the brain development of children. Accompany our child while watching TV, playing, exercises, gardening and many others that can create a happy life.
